About Me
Howdy,
My name's EJ. I was born and raised in Central Florida, U.S.A. I am a cowboy at heart,

an animal lover and an animal rights activist.

I became a freelance writer at Helium at age fourteen. You may see my article on animal experimentation as well as other topics by searching Eric Fauble on Helium’s main page. You may also use the following link; Feel free to let me know what you think after reading them. http://www.helium.com/search/search?search_query=eric+fauble&se...

I have collected many cowboy collectibles over the years and will showcase them soon. Many both vintage and antique.

Hi: My husband found your website by Googling "Paul Harmon lamp." We were delighted because we just bought one exactly like yours at an auction here in VA. Do you have any idea of the age or value of this beautiful lamp? Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you. Rae Arthur

EJ, the bottom signature reads ELWELL. My husband dug it up in his backyard about 44 years ago near Fort Montgomery, NY. We have been researching it for around 3 years now and have had a lady in the NY museum tell us by it's form it was from the early 19th century. Somewhere around lat 1800's. We have researched the name ELWELL and it appears there were 3 ELWELL families living in the area in the late 1700's. We do have the ELWELL documentation. Hope this answers any questions you may have.

I have only had my had about 2 years but it was made in the 1950's. It was never worn and still in its original box when I bought it at an auction in New York City.

EJ, My interest are many. I spent many years teaching karate or martial arts as some refer to it. I love to challenge myself to do things that some people refused to do because they lack the patience to learn.
You are most welcome to the site and hope that you will join in researching items of interest, even wrestling memobelia, etc.
Educate us on the the things that interest you by posting antique related items or etc.

This really does have a unique shape to it. I have never seen anything like it either. I missed this post earlier. I've never heard of the Chikaramachi line. I'm gonna check that out. Ellene did you have any luck? RomeoStage is probably on the money.

Even though your set is no doubt lusterware and possibly Noritake, I have never seen anything like this pattern! I'll check some more of my reference books too.

It looks like a Noritake lustreware to me. The Chikaramachi line had some quite colorful pieces too. Looks 1940's. Pretty!
