I'm afraid I don't know anything useful. I saw your question and knew how to use this site's search engine to find old posts. So I looked this one up and copied it to you.

It was posted in 2012 by LundysAntiques/Collectables. He is an antique trader and was hoping to sell it when he posted it here. He is still active on this site. (Most likely, he bought it at an estate sale or something like that.) If you look him up on Members, you can send a friend request with your question.
