Silver object

Facts:silver overlayweighs 5 #Made & filled with a a non Ferris grey metal (when scratched it is hard and shows a silver color )the hole at the bottom of the top “cup” leads to a hollow bottom “cup”i suspect with the silver work on the inside of the top cup and the hole it may have held a clear objectbottom white writing in white ink  269 & LGESee More
