What you don’t know can often make you the most money. Here is an example of what I am talking about. It was your typical Tuesday night at Direct Auction in Chicago and as I was roaming around I spotted something different. At first I thought that it was a broken bowling trophy. hello i was told that you might be interested in churchilldowns kentucky derby memorabilia. i have a rare postcard that turns into a fan i have not been able to get an exact date for the postcard it is in black and white and they picture was taken by caufield and shook apparently a quite famous photographers in louisville kentucky back in the day. if your interested or may know anything about it please contact me if i had to guess which is the bad thing to do its around 30s or 40s but it was never mailed and it has a spot for a 3cent stamp.

It does look old and it is well done but I can't make the signature out either. It has a very interesting subject matter and I believe it to be European. If I could get a better picture of the signature I may be able to help. What is the size and do you have the original frame?
