thanks for your help. I will leave it just like it is :) do you know what those fake stones are called? I'm assuming they are fake as they are pretty big. I know nothing about vintage jewelry as u can tell.

Dawn, by looking at it in the pics...I want to say brass. It could be silverplated with the plated metal showing through. Either way, you should not clean it. The patina is natural and is perfect as is. :) A Very lovely Filigree Bracelet !
