"Yes, My first response was made because of the term 'horn' being used. The shape is actually that of a flask. I just felt that at 2.25" high (very small) the actual use is in question. I wonder also if anyone else got a Dutch feeling…"

"Size given is for outside, 3-1/8 inches.  Subtracting the thickness of the case 1/8", times two equals 1/4" Interior size is 2-3/4 to 2-7/8 inches.  Fits perfectly."
