Share 'Delft'

I am wondering how to direct my mother on where the market is for purchasers/collectors of the Delft Blue items she has saved from Holland.  I have one small picture she sent me, which is not super descriptive, but if anyone can tell me which way to go with this, I would appreciate it. Thank you
