Ed, multiple pics not available  in the COMMENT WALL where you put your Post.

You're supposed to put your Post in the DISCUSSION WALL (You too, Mary Pallay).

Click, "+Add a Discussion" above the DarkBlue line above.

Mary, your tool is a Rasp, which can be used for body work or woodworking. It's like a file that cuts down large areas quickly. They come in various shapes and teeth; some, like yours, have interchangeable blades. Yours, with wooden handles, is "Vintage".

It is pottery, heavy.  I could not figure how to do multiple photos.  I did get them added to my My Page / Photos.  It has the mark.  I have 5 pics in all.  Any help with the photos would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Ed

what is the mark Ed Young, what is the composition

Comment by Ed Young on May 21, 2020 at 11:42am

Haven't been active in a while.  Recently acquired this plate.  It is 10 1/4 inches in diameter.  Does anyone know anything about it?  I'm interested in whatever I can learn about the mark.  It is in excellent condition.
