Ellene Meece is an antique/collectible marketer and organizer of people, products and possibilities in this vast world of Collectible Treasures. Her story involves being educated in antiques and collectibles through her mother who owned and operated a large antique and collectible store in Yukon, Oklahoma on Route 66 and then inheriting her inventory of endless antiques and collectibles after her unexpected passing. Ellene was determined to find a positive path forward to share these treasures with others and thus built an online business through her website - www.grandmastreasuresonline.

Here's the blog post I wrote today:
"I remember friends and family planning their ‘day after Christmas’ strategy to get to the Hallmark Store first to snatch up bargain Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments on sale. Others ‘gift’ a Hallmark Keepsake ornament to their children or grandchildren each year as a tradition. And many are part of clubs who collect and thrive on finding certain ornaments to complete their collection. What about you? Are you hooked on Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments? Where did all this ornament business begin anyway?" READ...Collecting Hallmark Ornaments ~ Are You Hooked?

Vintage Button Christmas Wreath I made for the White River Museum "kitchen" area with old canning jars...
Comment by Cyndi Neumann on December 13, 2011 at 6:17pm I have very much enjoyed reviewing these wonderful links you all have sent to this site! I had no idea all these sites existed and really enjoying seeing all the ways to display the Scrap wreaths and scrap? vintage images( I had no idea they were called that). I have many vintage and Non- Vintage Christmas cards that have been donated to me for my mixed media crafts and I will be sure to scan them as I can get through them. I just bundled a bunch of old ornaments and sold them at a flea market. ( Shame on me)
