Dan Elman, I use

 http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm

for crop and sizing along with other stuff, it is a free download,

it is hard for me to get excited about all that paint, as I have stripped off so much of it over the last 30 + years,

but then again I claim to be a 5 cent whore, if it pays I'll try almost any thing,

ok, last one for the day.  I'd be remiss if I did not include something in white.  Most popular color ever.

These are color samples that I make and send to my clients so that they can pick out the color they want.  Usually they will pick a color family, and I will send 4-5 shades for them to narrow that down to.

blues/greens

whites/cream/beige

yellow

1940s buffet in black distressed through to maroon, with vintage oriental-inspired hardware.  The client later had her contractor drop a sink into this one.  But I was only hired to do the cabinetry restoration and refinishing, and find interesting hardware.
