Love the way the soup is served in vintage dishes. Source http://evieshaus.blogspot.com/

Very simple cake recipe I got from a woman in church:

1 box Duncan Hines angel food cake

1 - 16 oz can crushed pineapple

Combine cake mix with whole, undrained can of pineapple. Pour into cake pan and bake at 350° until top looks golden brown and dry. Cool completely before slicing.

oh Diane if I had more time I surely would. As it is I have three websites, ebay and trying to add to another auction site. I like being here but sometimes I get so busy that I just disappear for a while. I couldn't commit to it. You are so prolific with your blog and posts you run circles around me.

This is great Books and Unusuals. Any chance you would rescue this group from me and be the moderator. I sure could use your fabulous help!

Has anyone had the opportunity to have a brown bobby doughnut? They are really very good and easy to make. My mom still has the Brown Bobby Doughnut machine that was her grandmothers. Once in awhile we pull it out and make some.

Hi Dianne

I'll try to post more. Not sure how to get more interest. Because I joined this group I received an alert email after Lillian posted her recipe so that got me motivated.
