Kathy it's Foote's not Footies. Did you check Google patents? It's a modern bell made in 1959. 59 years ago. If you want to discuss this you should post it in Discussions above.  You are in the Comment Wall.

Found this ? desk bell with side ringer. She is 4.25 inches tall x 3 3/8 inches wide at the base. Looks like she is holding a flower across her chest. Would love to know her history.

LisaPlace: Nobody does "laundry lists"..you want to know values of 14 different items..for free..with no details provided. Good luck. YOU'RE IN THE WRONG PLACE. Above the Comment Wall (where you are) is the Discussion area (where you should be).  Read the posting instructions, esp #3,4,5 & 6.  One (1) at a time. You can have as many posts as you want.  JUST ABOVE THE SOLID BLUE LINE you click on, "+Add a Discussion" and read the instructions. We'll be glad to help you discover what you have and the values.  ok?

Preston Edwards, please provide as much info as you can, like size,  made of, if more than 1 piece-separate them and pic them, provenance (history).

Off the top of my head it looks automotive or mechanical to me.

Nicole, "found in a bush".  I think you have pieces of a cast iron Victorian whale oil lamp wall sconce. Your pictures are nice and clear but mostly upside down.  Usually they came in pairs. You can read more about it. https://www.google.com/search?q=victorian+gothic+cast+iron+oil+lamp...
