Hi all, what type of bowl or dish is this and who's mark is on it?

This dish is approximately 8 1/2 inch in diameter and has  two large and 1 rose in the center. It's a beautiful piece but I'm clueless about its origin.

Thanks

do you have a picture of the mark ? how big is it ?

just added pic of the mark

i'm unable to make out all of the letters, so any help is appreciated.

The mark says "Silesia," which was a city-state of Austria-Hungary prior to WWII. The maker of your bowl was Kuno Steinmann and it dates between 1932-38. I would say your bowl was used for serving, possibly of berries.

LB Thank you soooo very much for this valuable information. You have truly made my day.

God bless you and have a wonderful day..

Happy to help! It's a pretty bowl.

Hi, the mark is Silesia, Germany. I think this might of had a metal frame, sort of a brides basket.
