My guess is that 4 of them form an octagon (8-sides). The other 4 smaller ones form a similar shape. There was a fad in the 1970s-90s to do it yourself. I remodeled my home and had a transom (window above a door) and a side panel window done by a local lead glass artisan. She signed it and included the designer's name (me). That was in 1982.
Idea: A poker table is 8-sided; it would be cool to have a this light installed over it with lighting behind it. The smaller one looks like it would have a void in the center, possibly for an overhead fan and lights. If you plan to sell it I'd suggest taking it outside and put it together, along with measurements, and taking a picture of it from your roof or a ladder.
PS: Over my stained glass windows I installed tempered glass to protect them.
