got these the other day from a friend who said they belonged to her grandmother. They are very heavy and very decorative. I would greatly appreciate any help in identifying era, value etc... Thanks , John
Very Cool! They appear to be Antique electric lamps - Maybe 1900 - 1910's. If weight is very heavy, it's quite possible they are Bronze. Sometimes brass and Pot Metal/White Metal can be heavy too. It's very difficult to establish maker without any markings at all. But, if the circuitry is USA, a few of the big makers are: Pairpointe, Aladdin, Miller Bros, Pittsburgh and many others as well. But hopefully that can help you in research.

This one has the filigree pattern much like yours, although I still think there is aa difference in age.
