Very Cool Plate Debra! It's possible that your's was a "Special Edition" most US makers did this sort of thing. Either for special orders, for a client, a business or for a "show" or Worlds fair, or other display opportunity.
The one thing that came to mind when I saw your awesome plate is that the World renown artist of Art Deco designs, Vicktor Schreckengost, I believe did do a number of items for Homer laughlin. You would be very lucky to have anything by him! Here is info if your not familiar with him: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viktor_Schreckengost
The other thing you might do is contact the Homer Laughlin.com. The Hall and HL companies I think are now combined. Fiestaware is still being made here in USA. So you could contact them, and send photos and maybe someone would know or refer you to someone that could help you.
At "6:00" inside the purple form there appears to be a name (signature); it also has flashback. Can't tell if it's something, or not. You can Zoom on the linked picture but not on mine. Turn off your flash and use daylight or OH lighting.
At www.replacements.com you can post your plate pics and they will ID it for free. They may also buy it to resell it too.
Well with that information it is easier to find others online with the Chrysler pattern.
Congrats for finding what you need.
