The sword shape is Farsi and Arabic for "f" or "fa".
The upside down V .. has no meaning. I checked Persian and Egyptian also.
The upside down .2 is shown in 3 languages (not Egyptian) but it has 0, 1, 2, or 3 dots on top, on right side, but not on lower left like yours.
The 3 symbols most likely spell the jeweler's name. I don't think it's silver or gold. How do you know what kind of stone it is? Soapstone can be dyed dark green using tea leaves and is done so on faux pieces.
