Anyone have any idea of the age and origin of the pot. We found it at a market here in Belgium but could come from anywhere in Europe. Its non magnetic so I think it could be tin.

I can send more pics if needed.

Thanks

Great ART DECO Copper and Brass Belgian JIMA coffee pot - <a href=http://www.etsy.com/listing/90120701/great-art-deco-copper-and-brass-belgian"/>

This one is a copper and brass Belgian teapot.  It is the closest one I could find so far.  The lid has the panels, unlike yours, but quite similar.  They say it is a JIMA, from the 1930s. Art Deco design.

Thanks Molly for the help! Much appreciated.
