Is this a Native American shoe, measuring 8" X 4"

Looks like a used, deer hide moccasin, NA or hippie look-alike; can't see any difference.

It has some type of wool inside.

I disagree deer hide is not leather, this is a leather with some type of wool lining.

Deer hide, aka buckskin, is often lined with wool or fur, especially rabbit fur. It is not leather as you say, but I didn't call it leather.

In the future when you make a Post you are supposed  to tell us what it's made of, size, age, provenance, etc. We are trying to help you. Withholding information makes it harder to identify your item.
