Found at an estate sale, the pearls are large, there is a tiny nick on one of the pearls.

The MB mark stands for Marcel Boucher; the Phrygian cap is between the 2 letters. Nice find. He worked with silver, sterling, gold and brass. Real stones and faux. Take it to a reputable jeweler for an evaluation. Sounds like you already know what it is...good eyes.
