Hi, Kate. I spent a little time snooping the internet with no luck. It falls into my not-hummel-not-gerold category. Because it's labelled in English, you can know it was made for export. Age: mid 20th century. Value (just guessing): whatever you can get for them. $5? $10? $25 on a really good day.
Thanks Sherry - well, your tip about labeled in English, made for export is something I never thought of (I shoulda had a V-8) - it's never too late to learn. Value wise, the price sounds right. Thanks again!
