I found this picture on this site that I am not familiar with. It is obviously very similar to yours but doesn't provide any details? Not sure if those "hashtags" mean anything to you, or not.

Also, how do you know the mirror is gold leaf? The links supplied by Molly say they* are made in molds using heavy plaster.

*your mirror and others of palm trees, parrots, Foo dogs, palm trees, etc.
