It measures 8 1/4" high, 1 1/4" wide at the base, and 3/4" wide at the top. There is a signature on the side bottom, a symbol middle ways, and the number 3 on the base.

Too many cobalt blue bottles. You need to spell out the signature and the symbol. Too much flash-back in your pics. Might help if you rolled up a white piece of paper and inserted in the bottle letting it unroll inside. In that way you can get contrast between  the writing/design and the glass.  Also fill the bottle with water, then empty the water into a measuring cup to determine fluid ounces and metric amounts, liters, etc.

Go on-line, google the info. When it opens click "Images" and find your bottle's mate.

Thanks Tom I will try both.

Tom I meant to post the image of this maker's mark.

I think a majority of the time the marker's marks would be on bottom of the bottle.  That might mean that the design on the side of the bottle is for decoration only.  But, only by viewing the base/bottom could we tell.

I meant to post this image of the maker's mark which is on the side.

It looks like SKYY spelled backwards (or on the other side of the glass). Coincidentally, Skyy Vodka comes in a cobalt blue, tube-shaped, straight-sided bottle that is not measured in inches (as you have provided) but rather in "liters" or "mili-liters" beginning at .187ml, then .375ml, .75ml (or 3/4 Liter), 1L (Liter), 2L, etc.

Google, Skyy vodka cobalt blue bottles.  When it opens click "Images".  Currently in production...get one free when you buy a full bottle.

Put a long stem rose in it. Cheers.
