those type of items were popular in the 1980's sometimes sold with the cranberries sometimes sold without at sears and the bay and zellers had them usually came with the pillar candles to sit on each base .. i cannot remember the name of the company that made them ..
The leaves look like holly which has red berries. Called a center piece or epergne. I would think that there is a name under one of the candle holders someplace. Those berries ruin the beauty of it. Is it magnetic? Aluminum? Silver plate? Look for hallmarks under the stand too.
