Can somebody tell me what this is what it's called.? It looks like it hangs from something maybe a belt. It is brass and has a vintage fountain pen in it and a little knife ,and there is a Nother thing in it too I don't know what that is. They come out and you can put them back in. It's about 3 inches long. It looks like it might be from the 1900s early 1900s. Thank you and advance.

Deer Hunter Bolt-Action Pen Hardware Kit, Antique Brass

This is called a PEN TURNING KIT.... was thinking the tools looked similar?

I cannot find a similar holder like your cool brass one, but the tools seem to indicate what you were already on to......

Thank you

Early multi tool? One may have had screw driver bits? It reminds me of nesting screw drivers my Grand Mother had. I don't think it has to do with pen making.

I need help.  I receive emails telling me that there are new discussions.  For about a week EVERY time I click to open the person's email, I receive a page that says the person has deleted the message.  This morning I received the following message: "You are no longer following new discussions in this group. You can update your email preferences on the Email Settings page."  On my email page all the boxes are selected to receive stuff.  (I did not click the one that says to stop email.) I am totally frustrated and can find no way to contact anyone to straighten this out.  PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Sorry, if I'm your IT guy you're in trouble!! I hope I made you chuckle.

Yes, Fred, you made me chuckle.  I should have pointed out that the only way that I am able to tell my problem is to respond to a response that happens to "let me in."   :-)  It is all very confusing.  I wonder if this sort of "issue" is why some very active folks suddenly stop posting.

I am not quite sure how it would work exactly, but this is my best guess and an opportunity for you to get a chance to speak :)  In terms of your email issues, I am not the one, either!
