There are a few 4 speed w/OD knobs on eBay currently. Asking prices vary from $12.00 to $30.00.

It might be this piece, OEM Reference : E8TZ7213B

I'd say it is from a Ford, like a Ranger or Ford Bronco.  Often the same parts are used across several models without change, so could be found in several models of vehicle.

Vintage FORD RANGER SHIFT KNOB "E8TZ-7213-B" NOS

Sold for US$14.99

F-100 1995-1998

And another FORD F350 F4000 E8TZ7213B LEVER SHIFT HANDLE

Brazilian Real $ 112.58

Thank you for all the research you did.

Lloyd , I was out at the shop today my 1970 IH has the same shift knob > I was laughing so hard I was like darn this knob gets around.

You mean they made more than one ?!?!?

Lloyd , They multiplied over the years . Borg Warner and Other Transmission Companies  used the same transmissions in many different vehicles . The shift knobs would more than likely be the same o save on costs . I was tossing a drawer this morning and came across a multicolor shift knob . I will post a picture later .

Sounds like a plan.
