I do not know anything about this item.  It was recently given to me.  It is a lovely wormwood and brass, 27 inch tall hourglass.  In very good condition and functioning.

Any info on it would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, well the greater majority of the hour glasses I've seen which have a third disc in the middle dividing top and bottom also have a stand which attaches to the middle disc allowing the hour glass to be inverted. Many of those are smaller though, yet even so, the general design is extremely similar to yours, therefore the age could be similar as well.
