Can anyone give me some info on this old toaster. The only marks I could find are near the bottom on the side and it says either PROTOS or PROTO5. I could not find anything online relating to either in regard to toasters. Curious how old it is.

I was looking at your photos and wonder if you can also post a photo of the front and/or back of this toaster as it would appear if sitting upright.  Thank you.

It looks the same on both sides.

I misunderstood the angle that the first photo was taken from; I understand now. 

Can you post a pic of it "open"  so that one can see where/how the slice of bread is inserted?
