I bought this fish slice from a shop that has it for years I have never seen one as beatiful but can find no hallmarks itseems to be fully silver even the blade

In Pic #121430, in the area between the blade and the handle, I can see some marks, maybe hallmarks? They are on the edge (not the flat sides).  Might just be dirt or tarnish but could be hallmarks. Your pic doesn't show them well enough to determine what they are.

Usually white metal that is not marked is not sterling or plated silver. There are three metals, German silver, EPNS (Nickel Silver), and Alpaca. All shine when polished.  Those with "silver" in their name do not have silver metal in them; it refers only to the color. Some EPNS is plated, double, triple or quadrupled, but will say so.

Always arguments arise.

Have the metal tested.
