Came across this dresser/mirror/ Great condition-all scroll work intact. Spill on top might be able to be removed.

Any ideas as to type of wood? Period? Value?

1890-1910s quarter sewn oak US made country Victorian. All cleaned up 225-295. Once upon a time, 395-595.

Thank you House of Charm!

Oak and if you go buy  Formby's   restore you can clean the top with out any problems to finish. I have sold one similar a month ago for $450 not as  nice .

Thanks Fred! Good tip on the Formby's!

I think we MAY keep it!

I forgot to adjust for different markets, good on ya!

House yes the different markets are awesome . This is one reason I invest in the Antiques and The Arts Weekly paper.

I think its a great idea to keep it Brian. Finds like this do not come around very often

I find these fairly routinely but usually pas son them-great pieces though for reasonable $$.
