I am curious about ANY markings, etc. Can you take a picture of the backside? What is its size?
So, it's 2 cm (20 mm), or apprx 13/16 inch. Yellow metal, probably blue paste stones. No marks. Pin closure if authentic predates 1910 back to 1880s. Close-up (Zoom) pic of both ends of the pin could help establish age. Reverse pic shows metal design which looks modern, 30 yrs ago to present. IMO I'd say it's newer.
Not Masonic.
Of all the star pins, lapel pins, or brooches, I only found one that had designs in the inside corners similar to yours. See irl. No additional info was found on the irl...

Majority of star pins unmarked sell (auction) for around $5.00-$10.00 USD.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
