Somewhere I read that all hand-sewing needles in the US were made in England. Can anyone confirm whether that was ever true and whether it is still true. I have a few WWII-era needles packs from England that are marked "War Pack". Can anyone tell me what the different is about the needles or the pack (other than the words 'war pack') from those made during non-war years? Does anyone know whether War Pack needles were imported into the US during WWII or WWI? Thank you, IKaren
