Antique French Victorian Roses Silver Sewing Etui

A precious French Victorian antique sterling silver sewing etui, resplendent with roses. This darling needlework kit includes scissors, a thimble (size 6), a stiletto, and a needle case. All of the pieces are sterling silver, bearing the head of the dog mark. The box is covered in rich brown leather, with gold scroll gilding. The sewing tools are all nestled in a cream velvet base. The box lid interior is lined with cream satin.  The etui measures 5" x 3. The set is in wonderful condition, with a bit of aging on the outside of the box. This would make a romantic gift for the seamstress in your life, or a beautiful addition to your collection.
