Vintage 1950's Mexican Cotton Towel / Table Runner
It is a heavier weight cotton fabric, and has two hemmed edges, which are stitched with red thread, for an added touch!
Palm trees, flower carts, and burros, in the center of the towel, in bright colors of burnt orange, blue, golden yellow, and black, are against a cream background. Multi striped borders on both sides, complete the pattern with guitars, sombreros, and pottery jugs.

And I have a confession - At the last appraisal fair I did, I saw two really awesome old quilts - One I think was 1940's and the pink was screamming at me - LOL! The second one though, Oh My! I think it was an antique Amish - and bad me didn't take any pics to share - I won't do it again, promise!
