I Antique Online

A Community For People Who Buy, Sell or Collect Antiques, Collectibles and Art

I recently found some of these fans at my grandfathers farm.   they came from my great-grandfathers ice-cream shop back in the 30's.   Does anyone have any idea the actual worth.. and are they as rare as I think they are?   I have one of these up on ebay right now, but I think the bid so far is a little low ($36)...  let me know what you think.. or if you know anything about these let me know as well.

Yes, this is the front and back of the fan and it is pretty much in perfect (like new) condition.  I don't see any obvious issues with it.  No rips, tears.. this one has a very slight fold, but it looks like it was like that when made.  The staples for the handle has no rust and the handle is sturdy and in the original shape. The others I have are in the same if not better condition. From my understanding these were put away in a wooden picnic basket since day one.  I have a few more days on my auction so hopefully the sale price will go up.  I'm just trying to find the right outlet to unload a couple of these to collectors at the price they should be going for.
