kind of a neat purse, all 4 pc of the folding rim are the same pattern as seen in pic 2,  it is about 9 3/4" wide  X about 8 inches tall, the mirror is on a ribbon so you ca pull it out and check your make up.

there looks to be a windmill along with a couple of mens heads one with long hair and 1 with a cap. any thoughts age, and or value?

I know it is missing the chain handle, no marks that I have found yet,

Love it! My first instinct was Deco but there were fabrics like this in the 20s as well. This is just a guess, maybe someone else who is more of an expert will weigh in.  Margo
