Ok, we're familiar with the romantic florals, the exotic tropicals, the atomic abstract designs of the 50's. But there were other designs used on barkcloth as well. One of my favorites, that I sold a long time ago to someone who has since reproduced it, was designed for a teenager's room.

I finally have time for more posting! I recently sold two pieces of gorgeous farm land barkcloth on etsy! It had a mill, barn and country side...just gorgeous!

This is a vintage Hawaiian print barkcloth, now an apron. I love the nubby stuff.


More barkcloth, a cabbage rose, 1950`s.

Hi Catherine! Your apron is 'really' nice!!! I think my favorite is the cabbage roses though. Your oops photo is so tropical and pretty! You do a great oops! LOL :O)
