I recently purchased this unusual crock from an elderly lady who could not give me any help identifying it. It has no surface glaze on either the inside or outside. It stands about 14 1/2" high and has a mouth opening of about 7 1/4" wide. The unique decoration is cut into the outside walls and then a blue color has been applied. A seam runs down the side of the crock at one point. See photo.  There is no manufacturers identification on it anywhere. Can anyone help me with this item?
