Clotted Cream is killer! We always say it's one of the main reasons we go back to the UK every year!!

We used to stock it with other Brit foods for tea time when we had our bricks & mortar antique shop. I probably bought 1/2 the stock myself!!!

Hi Ruth - yep, I forget how many days she starts making it before - I think it ferments for about a week. I usually put my spoon through it before I start eating it so I do not encounter any of the items.

Oh I forgot. I like mine with a lot of Devonshire cream (she gets it online). I am starting to crave it right now!

Do they bake it themselves with the small silver items inside????

Hi Ruth

They do

They also introduced us to Christmas pudding with "snow". The first year I did not like it, the next year I thought "hey, this isn't too bad", by the third year I was looking forward to it. Maybe it was the alcohol in it :)

The one thing I can not get used to is the bread gravy with the turkey!
