Hi Ruth - yep, I forget how many days she starts making it before - I think it ferments for about a week. I usually put my spoon through it before I start eating it so I do not encounter any of the items.

Oh I forgot. I like mine with a lot of Devonshire cream (she gets it online). I am starting to crave it right now!

Hi Ruth

They do

They also introduced us to Christmas pudding with "snow". The first year I did not like it, the next year I thought "hey, this isn't too bad", by the third year I was looking forward to it. Maybe it was the alcohol in it :)

The one thing I can not get used to is the bread gravy with the turkey!

:)

Could not figure how to break the cat down into a decent small logo so I decided to go seasonal.

I love TIAS. I love the look of my store and yea, it might be a little much but it is all in advertising. Believe it or not, I have had to answer questions about my cat drinking Jack in the logo.

For the record: My cat does not like the taste of Jack, she prefers Bacardi and a diet soda

:)

I love your shop, btw....we have English transplants as neighbors and often do Christmas with them. I was introduced to Christmas pudding (drunk off the first bite) with "snow" and turkey with bread gravy. We change off every year, some times they do American, some times we do English.
