The actual book is covered with red silk and purposely is unattached inside the cover.  This book is in excellent condition.  I could find no date anywhere.

I don't have a clue.  Another member sent me to a web site where there were many like this and they had all sorts of prices.  I wrote to one of the places and am waiting for an answer.  What do you think you might like to pay for it?  We would just like a "reasonable" amount.  We do understand that it is only worth, to us,  what we can sell it for.  It was part of my husband's aunt's estate.  What part of the country would it have to be shipped to?
