Even though I've been 'pinning' with the best of them on my personal Pinterest Board for a few years now, yesterday I set up my first business Pinterest account for the Rio Blanco County Historical Society, of which I am president.

In the process, I read the success stories of other businesses that utilize Pinterest for marketing, and it gave me pause. I do have at least 1/3 of my 125 boards dedicated to antiques and collectibles on my personal account...but what if I launched a full court press using this social media tool with a business account?

Case Study in point is Etsy.

Etsy has involved their entire 800,000 online shops by linking them into this effort on Pinterest.
