I am thinking Germany or French..Notice the mark is not a "Punch"
after researching those 2 countries I have come up with this

My turn, P-L-E-A-S-E? I have been searching this flatware for 3 years. The prior owner told me they were sterling. They are meat forks, larger than a dinner fork. I have checked almost every site very thoroughly-nuthin!

Thanks Tom.
Still looking myself. Thought maybe that 90 in the one mark may have ment 90% silver. I know it is foreign but just don't know the marks.
Thanks
Glenn

Glenn, None of the hallmarks on your box indicate sterling. I have searched for those marks and come up empty. Therefore I presume it is either plated or nickel silver. Most sterling is marked sterling or 925. It is a beautiful piece.
