This fork once belonged to the DeWitt Clinton Hotel that was located in Albany, NY. It closed in the 1970s and sat vacant for years. The Marriott bought the property out and renovated the building. The pickle fork probably dates well before the business closed. It's 5.5" long. Any idea of the value?

Hi Lillian, I think your marking reads "International S. (Silver) Co. - which  means this is Silver plated, not sterling. If it were Sterling it would be marked as such.

The only interest in your piece would be collectors of memorabilia of Albany NY. And or Vintage and Antique Hotel flatware, china etc..

I would check ebay first, for "Vintage, Antique Pickle Fork Albany" then try "Vintage Antique Hotel flatware - fork, spoon"

And see what you come up with. You probably won't find your exact piece, but other pieces of the same era and or other pieces from hotels give you a good idea of what they would likely sell for.

Hope that helps ya!
