ANTIQUE RUSSIAN DRINKING HORN INCLUDING CARRY CHAIN - SILVER

This is an antique Russian horn including carry chain, incorporated with silver (84), which is either to be used as decoration, or for its original purpose: drinking (predominantly alcohol) from it. The silver parts have been richly decorated with flowery motives and various shapes that are typical for the 1900’s Russian artwork that it is. It is 100% authentic and Russian. It is in a very good state considering its age.

price: 249$

Cameo in gold, brooch with a very nice scene.

Comment by elena davidovska on July 24, 2015 at 10:15am

Cameo in gold, brooch with a very nice scene.

This oval brooch was made out of 14 ct gold, with a very picturesque French dancing scene in its midst. It dates back to about 1860.

It is stamped 585 that means that the gold is 14 ct.

It is a unique item, it can also be used to hang on a necklace.

The dancing scene represents womens’ strengths, sophistication, and style. Any woman wearing this truly amazing broche would be engulfed in those senses, turning any odd outfit into something beautiful, artistic, and sophisticated.

The 14 ct gold was crafted to form some sort of oval flowery pattern, with very subtle engravements. The level of detail at which the three ladies dancing were created shows the true skills of the artist, holding their flowery branches high up as if they are still truly moving.

This beautiful piece measures about: 4.5 x 3.5 cm., This is about:1.8 x 1.4 inch

 French Empire jardeniere

It is made in the 19th century and it is in good antique condition, no damage. It is a top quality piece of antique.

The bottom of the crystal is beautifully hand decorated.

The crystal is thick and heavy and it is in a frame that is overall beautifully decorated with forms and at each corner there is a head of the mountain goat. Made very precisely.

I have bought this item a couple of years ago at the famous auction house Christies.

The measurements of this beautiful item are: 28 x 18 x 12 cm ( W x D x H) This is in inch about 11 x 7 x 5 inch.

Price: 1560$ + free shipping

A beautiful sculpture made of biscuit.

It is a man who is sitting on a tree stunk,

playing his guitar and he is singing.

It is made very precisely, it is very detailed.

It has very bright colours and is in good condition.

It is very joyful to look at.

The  sculpture is from the 19th century.

The size is about 36 cm high, this is about 14 inch.
