Hi Lisa and Valerie as far as I can tell there isn't a way to tell. The only thing is the flagship status. Dena

I am new here & to Ruby Plaza (been selling vintage on Etsy for about a year or so). Is there a way to tell on Ruby Plaza how many sales someone has had? Love to see how people are actually doing in there. . . thanks in advance!

Good morning everyone,
I am a little late getting to this page, because , I too , have been revamping my Ruby Plaza shop.
When I opened my Ruby Plaza Shop , my intention was to offer vintage and new jewelry that I have accumulated through the years. This jewelry was going to be offered in lots because it would be much faster to sell them this way.
Then, I realized, to have a different type shop on Ruby Plaza, I would offer groups of items as a gift lot.
But, as time went on, trying to handle two shops along with the my blogs and networking became difficult to do, so, the button that allows one to add the same item to both shops was heaven sent.
Then, this year, right about the same time Ruby Plaza made this big change, I realized I needed to drop all those items that really did not fit in my Ruby Plaza shop. And, I got lucky, one click and somehow Ruby Plaza accomplished this. I am still revamping my Ruby Plaza shop, but, that click they were able to do has really saved me time.
After reading this group's concerns, I can assure you , after I read the announcement that was from the C.E.O , I also thought that perhaps RP would not welcome my type listings. After all, antique to vintage is what I have always sold.
So, after much thought, I realized that is not the case. Instead, this site will offer new to vintage. No antiques. But , vintage to mod , retro and new
And this sounds exciting to me.
I see everyone appears to be upset that there was no time allowed for this change, but , honestly, if RP would have told me a month ago, the results would have been the same , at least for me.
So, one look at the Ruby Plaza Home Page, and you see the aim is totally different than Ruby Lane.
So, I am still revamping my Ruby Plaza page and I will be honest, I am concerned that I will not fit in with this new concept. But , I am up to the challenge and if any of you have read any of my work, you will know, a challenge for me is exciting.
I hope this helps everyone forget the what if's and the negatives...that's a dead end road.
Ruby Plaza wants you to succeed, after all, they receive money from you to list on their site , so, they are not trying to get you to sell on Ruby Lane instead of Ruby Plaza.
What I see is a site that aspires to be huge, a mecca for people who are looking for good buys , not antiques. People who want new to vintage. 1950's to now, brand new..it's as simple as that.
I am sure this conversation is too long, but, I wanted to give everyone my perspective on this , and hopefully get everyone back on track. The, O.K. count me in, I can do this track.
Best wishes,
Linda

Hi Crystal~ I was worried about that too, RP not wanting antique/vintage, I emailed them today and received a response...apparently that is not the case at all... if you would like to read the emails, please see the above "Identity Crisis" discussion :)

I was planning on joining Ruby Plaza with the great deal and it seemed to be a lot less pretentious and overly expensive than Ruby Lane.  It seems though that they don't want antiques and vintage items.

I guess I will  just have to stick with Etsy and list with Ebay sporadically.

Laura & Cheri ~ not sure what to think of that email... I'm going to start a discussion re: the email titled "Ruby Plaza: Identity Crisis?"... everyone, let's continue this topic there :)...

Wondering what sellers with shops on both RP and RL are thinking about the changes....

I am a little worried about their desire to have more brand new items - I wonder if they will eventually not want vintage items??? Anyone have any thoughts?
