I Google-Mapped my old house to take a peek at it and IT'S GONE!

Some idiot tore it down so he could build a new house. I spent 3 years restoring that home. It would've last another 100+ years. It was built in 1903.  It was on the National Register of Historic Places. I posted  before and after pictures below.  I am sick inside to think that somebody could be that __________ (insert any word you want).

Was a lot of fun, few headaches, but great results. Thanx for compliments!

Awesome Tom - My husband and I have restored four historic properties - one built in 1775 - I love the way old homes speak! In my quest to find the valentine cards - I am glad to find this site!

I restored a chalet designed home by famous architect, Kirtland K. Cutter. Was built in 1903 and vacated in 1952. I bought it in 1995, spent 3.5 years and around $100k. It is on the National Register of Historic Places.
