Here's a chenille spread with nice subtle colors that I just listed on eBay, and a white one that's really different.

Hi Margaret!
I'm so glad you've joined my vintage quilts and bedspreads group, too! Alot of us are linen luvers, collectors and sellers. We sell so we can make more room for more! LOL You can show off your quilts and bedspreads at this group. You can post all your linens at the other group, along with handcrafted linen items. Alot of us will post links from here, to where our linens are being sold, as etsy, bonanzle, ebay, and private sites. Alot of people have their links on their profile pages if you'd like to look.
We also share alot of info about vintage linen designers, the companies who made them, etc. Many members can ID what you have. Here if you find a vintage quilt and want to know the age, posting pictures will help members ID it for you. Alot of us purchase collectible books on vintage fabrics, linens, etc.
If you are thinking of selling your raggedy quilts, Etsy is a great site to open a shop. Half the people sell handcrafted items, and about half sell vintage and antiques. I found it fairly easy to put the listings on. You need a site to upload your photos to (if you don't have your own website and hosting), and there are free sites, likewww.photobucket.com where you can upload photos. Using www.slide.com you can make slideshows with your pictures that you can send to people, or post here (for example) on your profile page.
If you have questions, all of us here will be glad to help. Take care, Diane Mc

Hi Diane: First let me say that I am more than a little bit computer challenged. When I look at all the boxes to fill, information to fill out, it all becomes a little overwhelming to me. But let me first say, the bedspread is a butter yellow. Then on to the next thing. My selling site for the spreads is http://www.sandisstuff.etsy.com. My blog address ishttp://www.forheartandhome.blogspot.com. Now what other address are you needing? I will try and do better next time - I just threw those pictures on late last night and never realized all the information I was supposed to include. Thanks for helping me out. Regards - Sandi
