I have a passion for collecting which includes but not limited to: all kinds of pop culture items, salt & pepper shakers, old cookie jars, old shabby painted items, old advertising tin signs, vintage Black Americana, pottery bowls, retro kitchen items, old display cabinets, cricket benches, antique furniture, Adirondack items and the list goes on and on. I am a total addict!! Somebody help me!! I've been collecting about 15 years and don't have room for it all. I frequent yard sales, estate sales, flea markets and I do buy and sell on Ebay.

Hey Pop Memorabilia Collectors!!

I wanted to let you know I'm casting a new show and we're looking for people with AMAZING collections that would love to share their stories. For this show, you would also have the opportunity to have your amazing collection appraised by a top notch appraiser.

If you are interested, please fill out an application or please let me know a little bit more about your collection and also include your contact information. I am available to answer any questions if you need! If this show isn't a fit for you, pass along my info to a friend that might be :) Thanks!

Here is the link to our application: https://ccasting.wufoo.com/forms/master-collectors/

Mr. Peanut was the spokeslegume for Planter's Peanuts (duh). I don't know if they still do this, but you could save wrappers from Planter's candy bars. Each wrapper was worth so many "points". When you accumulated enough points, you could send in the wrappers for Planter's promotional merchandise. I happen to have a bank (just under 9" tall), salt & pepper shakers and a mug (all these are made from molded styrene plastic). The snack set is metallic and has a serving bowl and 4 smaller individual bowls.

Know anyone who's a real pickle?  This pop culture advertising piece could be just the fun gift for that person.  This is a Heinz advertising lapel pin.  I actually have two pins....this one is an earlier variety that Heinz issued.  The link to this pickle pin is: http://deannamoyers.ecrater.com/p/10081318/heinz-older-pickle-pin-a...

For other VINTAGE merchandise, please visit the Vintage Touch online store at: http://deannamoyers.ecrater.com
