Also, are you sure that gold thing is for letters? Most letter holders have 2 or 3 slots.
Most napkin holders (like yours) have only 1 slot...

I was a Yeoman in the Navy and typed on an Underwood just like the one in your Avatar...
That letter opener is a Fuller Brush hand-out; I have 5-6 of them.
Wire trays are still sold in office supply stores.
