I was told this is a hand carved wedding Indian vase but I can't find anything on this item.  All wedding vases I have seen are out of clay or other materials.  I would love any information you can give me for this item.  It is wood and you can tell it was carved.

Thanks

Frances

hi it does look like it could be one,  is it wooden ? to me it could be a drinking jug perhaps, most love vases seem to have a bridge over the two spouts, interesting item

thanks kath

It is wooden and it is a very interesting piece but I can't find out much about it.  I sure wish someone knew about it.  I love Indian artifacts.

Thank you for your reply.

It does not look Southwest or Northwest

Maybe East or Northeast
